Ronstan Series 30 Ball Bearing Batten Cars run on twin races of recirculating ball bearings for easy sail handling and minimal friction, even when reefing while sailing off the wind. Series 30 cars are available with Captive Ball Bearings or in a traditional Ball Bearing setup. This lightweight 30mm track is typically found on Monohulls to 23m (75ft) LOA with sail area 120m² (1292ft²) and Multihulls or Catamarans to 17m (56ft) LOA with sail area 93m² (1001ft²). The Series 30 track system also has a Luff Groove track option, which can accommodate sails with either Series 30 Batten Cars or a bolt rope.
