Series 22

Ronstan Series 22 Ball Bearing Batten Cars run on twin races of recirculating ball bearings for easy sail handling and minimal friction, even when reefing while sailing off the wind. Series 22 cars are available with Captive Ball Bearings or in a traditional Ball Bearing setup. This lightweight 22mm track is typically found on Monohulls to 18m (60ft) LOA with sail area 70m² (753ft²) and Multihulls or Catamarans to 13m (43ft) LOA with sail area 57m² (614ft²). The Series 22 track system also has a Luff Groove track option, which can accommodate sails with either Series 22 Batten Cars or a bolt rope.
