Introducing Wichard Groupe North America

In the year that has passed since Ronstan joined the Wichard Groupe, we've been diligently building our new company infrastructure, both structurally and strategically. Within the Groupe, the North American business is nearly fully integrated most notably consolidating all brands at a new headquarters North Kingstown, Rhode Island. Our new 20,000-square-foot facility is now operational, housing our U.S. sales offices, warehouse, and Sparcraft assembly center. Ronstan relocated from Portsmouth, RI, while all Wichard brands moved from Charlotte, North Carolina.

Unified under Wichard Groupe North America, our combined expertise brings an impressive level of industry experience. Our collective product offerings enable us to provide a comprehensive range of sailboat fittings while also expanding into other growth areas like tensile architecture, industrial applications, safety at-height, and arborist ropes and gear.

Along with some inherent advantages such as shared knowledge and economies of scale, our new structure offers practical benefits. All brands now operate under a single ERP system, allowing trade customers to place a single purchase order with Wichard Groupe North America, regardless of product mix. Our specialized team – many of whom bring decades of sailing and industry experience – is our strength, and can be relied upon to support the needs of trade customers and sailors alike.
